Turkey is the 4th slowest in the internet connection speed

As I have read in a newspaper today, Turkey is at 12th place in internet connection speed in 15 countries in Europe. In Turkey we have 2 mbps internet speed while Finland has 21,7 mbps.

It is very funny that Nowadays, Turkish Telecom makes advertisements on Tvs saying that Internet connection speed has become 4 times faster than before.
